We had a great New Year's vacation with family. the food was plentiful and delicious, with fresh options always available. the location was fantastic, with easy access to the beach and nearby town.
The noise level in the evenings was an issue, as the outdoor entertainment went on until late at night. there was only one bar serving alcoholic drinks, which led to long waits for a drink and a bit of a trek from certain areas of the resort.

the location was ideal, right at the beachfront, allowing for easy access to the beautiful Cala Millor beach. the room was spacious and clean, with a separate living area and a comfortable bed. the bathroom had a walk-in shower and a baby bath, which was a great convenience for families with young children. the service was top-notch, from the friendly cleaners to the attentive staff who provided hand sanitizers in the restaurants. the breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options, including pancakes. the facilities, such as the toddler pools and splash zone, were perfect for families with little ones. the hotel provided an enjoyable stay with great amenities and a stunning view of the sea.
Some parents let their sick children into the pools, which resulted in a sickness bug spreading among guests.

Our Christmas stay was amazing! The Christmas lights and decorations made us feel very festive. The indoor pool was perfect for a warm swim and relaxation. The food was excellent, with a lot of variety, and we especially enjoyed the Christmas dinner. The location was great, with easy access to the beach and shops.
The staff at the front desk were sometimes unhelpful and unfriendly. The entertainment was repetitive and didn't offer much for adults.
